Our work for Lloyd Jaguar and Land Rover at Rosehill, Lloyd BMW at Kingstown, and Lloyd BMW and Mini at Cockermouth involved several disciplines we offer in house, including Mechanical, Electrical, Voice and Data and Fire and Security installations.
Harraby Campus, Carlisle
We thoroughly enjoyed working on this ‘state of the art’ project, at Harraby Campus in Carlisle. We brought together several of our in house disciplines to carry out the Electrical, Mechanical and Fire & Security refit.
Lodore Falls Hotel
PK Engineering were delighted to be part of the Lodore Falls Hotel’s £7 million upgrade. We completed the creation and installation of the new mechanical and electrical design for the Candleroom in October 2016.
Lloyd Jaguar and Lloyd Land Rover, Rosehill
PK Engineering were delighted to design and install the complete electrical, heating and ventilation systems for the new Lloyd Jaguar and Lloyd Land Rover showroom at Rosehill, Carlisle. This was an 8 month project carried out to Lloyd’s extremely high standards and also included the installation of a 140kw Solar PV system on the new roof!
Story Contracting
PK Engineering were responsible for the full mechanical, electrical, voice and data and fire and safety installation for the offices within Story Contracting’s Construction division. The area was revamped as part of the extension and ongoing refurbishment of their Carlisle Head Office.

Nestle
We were delighted to secure this contract for Swiss giant Nestle! PK Engineering were brought in to help with the refurbishment of their Dalston factory canteen fitting a new Mechanical design.
Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary
Our mechanical team designed and installed a system inside one of the roof top plant rooms at the Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary which will supply heating and chilled water to the new air handling units, serving a 90 bedroom ward block.
McVities
The PK Engineering team were responsible for refurbishing the mechanical and electrical design for the main McVities offices.
Lloyd BMW Centre, Carlisle
